Q. Can I cancel the order?

A. No. As per the terms and conditions, finalised orders for which payment has been made cannot be cancelled.

Q. Can I return the goods?

A. No, return of the delivered goods aren’t allowed.

Q. When and how do I ask for a replacement?

A. If there is any manufacturing defects in the goods delivered, then you may send in an email to BahCane. Upon verification of the same, BahCane will replace the goods, subject to the availability of the stock, or refund the amount equivalent to the purchase amount. Q. Are there any shipping charges or any additional charges?

A. The shipping charges are standard charges applied on the products. For orders above INR 50,000/- shipping is free of cost.

Q. How do I track my order?

A. At BahCane, we try our best to deliver the ordered goods within 10 days from the date of order. You can track your order at the “Track order” option on the Website. In any case there is a delay later than 10 days, you can email us at sales.bahcane@gmail.com.

Q. What modes of payments can be used?

A. Currently, we only accept debit card, credit card and net banking payments. Cash on delivery is not an option of payment.
